Street were not working. I know because
we have a perfect view from my window.
Nothing really happened - the traffic
went almost smoothly. We never heard
any screeching tires or noticed any
collisions. On day 3 a repairman turned
up to see what he could do to fix the
lights, but for some reason or another he
gave up and did not return before day 5.
